Reporting an Absence
If your child is not coming to school you MUST inform us by 9.00am.
You can notify us of your child’s non-attendance as follows:
Telephone to speak to the office
Telephone and leave a message on our absence line (24hours)
Send us a text
In writing ahead of time, i.e. for a medical appointment
In person by visiting the school office
If we do not know the reason for your child’s non-attendance and we are unable to speak to you on the morning of absence then we will notify you that Children’s Services and/or the police will be informed.
If your child has an illness but are unsure on whether they can come to school please give the school office a call or see our Parents/Health tab for NHS link for guidance.
