My role within the schools includes providing help and support and to families and to act as an extra link between families and school.
There are times when for any number of reasons families experience difficulties or are just feeling a little overwhelmed and low due to the stresses of everyday life. It may be hard to approach a teacher or the school. That’s where I come in. If there is an issue which is affecting your family and so impacting on your child I am here to try and help.
I am available to provide support and accompany you to meetings both in and out of school. I can access outside agencies and resources and I will be more than happy to make enquiries for you. If I can’t give you an answer, I will find somebody who can. I have close links with Knights Enham Junior School, the Crisis Centre, Andover Food Bank, School Nurse, Childrens Services.
It is very important to us at Knights Enham Nursery and Infant that we work closely with parents and carers in the best interests of children. We will begin to get to know you when your child first starts with us. Perhaps you need some help filling in forms, I don’t promise to be an expert but sometimes two heads are better than one! Any problem, large or small, bring it along and between us we will try to find a solution. The kettle is always on and a warm welcome assured.
Please just ask if you would like a paper copy of any information found on our website, we are happy to provide this. Please contact me in person, by telephone (01264 352151) , text (01264 300006) if you are already registered to receive texts from us, or email (S.email@example.com). I am available from 8.30-4.00, 4 days a week.
