Puffin Class - Posting a Letter
After reading the story ‘The Jolly Postman’ Puffins class all wrote a letter or drew a picture to send to a member of their family. They put the letter in an envelope, stuck an address label on it and a stamp. They then walked to the post box to post it. On the way they talked about the different things they could see and hear. When they got back to school they wrote a list of what they had seen and heard on the way and some drew a map of the walk. They are looking forward to the post person delivering the letter to their home.
