This half term in Art, the children have been focussing on the life and works of Vincent Van Gogh. Did you know that he used certain colours to reflect different moods? He used yellow to convey joy and blue meant that he was sad. The children learned how to mix different colours and paints and then chose which one of Van Gogh’s most famous to paint their own version of: Starry Night or Sunflowers.
Don’t they look brilliant?!
