Ofsted & School Profile

Knights Enham Nursery and Infant School was last inspected by Ofsted in March 2018. The report continued to rate us as a Good School.

 

Key points include:

 

  • Pupils achieve well from low starting points, because of the positive attitudes towards learning.
  • Teaching in the Early Years is highly effective.
  • The teachers are enthusiastic, there is a strong team spirit within the staff body with effective leadership.
  • Improvements to teaching have been made especially in relation to phonics.
  • School leaders and Governors fulfil their statutory safeguarding duties well.
  • Pupils enjoy coming to school and they think their school is friendly.
  • Pupils feel safe and cared for in school.
